全国3D大赛技术专家委员会轮值主席、中国航空工业集团信息技术中心首席顾问宁振波表示：中国工业和制造业的GDP超过中国之后的10个国家的总和，从业人员超过中国之后的38个国家的总和。中国一年培养超过600万的理工科大学生，奠定了中国场景落地的基础。今天讨论的工业和制造的新场景一定基于数字化和智能化体系。要求我们用新质生产力，核心是数字化设计、工艺和制造过程。全国3D大赛18届，为中国培养了上千万人才和工程师，为我们新智工程力的发展和中国工业和制造业场景的新体系建设立下不可抹灭的功劳，任何人都不能否认这一点。提到低空经济，他认为虽然低空经济产业巨大，但是并非是百米赛跑，而是跑马拉松，短期内很难快速发展。第一，低空经济需求是为王，我们需要选择适合应用场景。技术是根本，政策保障是第一，安全是最重要的问题。要安全飞行，就要取证，第一个是TC证，型号许可证；第二个是PC证就是生产许可证，第三个是AC证，即单机运营许可证。这三个证件的载人要求严格，载货要简单的多，因此，低空经济发展策略是先载货，后运人；先农村，后城市。要取得TC，PC，AC三个证件，需要循环进取。关键是我们缺少场景和设施，低空经济设施。我们人类一直生活在二维世界，陆地导航地图有交通规则，但是空中还没有没有交通规则和空中交警，没有红绿灯。因为空中交警要知道到飞机在哪里？多高？向哪个方向飞行？然后如何管理，需要三维数字地图及空中交通管理规则。
专项赛技术专项委员会主任、大连理工大学创新创业学院院长刘新认为：本次增减材复合制造及数字孪生技术创新应用专项赛赛题由全国权威专家共同研讨制定。我简要说明一下，学生首先需要现场设计一个螺旋桨叶，完成之后需要对其进行增材制造编程、五轴加工编程、五轴数字孪生仿真，然后使用3D打印机打印出半精加工毛坯，最后进入高精度桌面5轴加工机床，将其高精度加工完成，最后将桨叶在无人机测试装置上进行升力测试，测量升力的具体值来精准标定螺旋桨的性能。学生在此过程中需要经历从产品原型设计、工艺设计、性能设计、加工到装配，最终形成数字孪生。需要经历完整的产品正向开发流程，包括三维设计、数字孪生设计和真实实物装配、制造流程。我们将比赛题目与当下低空经济结合，并且大型螺旋桨加工方式就是先进行铸造或者增材制造，再进行五轴精细加工。这与实际工艺几乎相同，设计流程也相同。不仅需要设计出来，还需要在设计过程中考虑其性能，进行空气动力学仿真。特别是螺旋桨的尺寸是现场学生通过抽签确定，每组尺寸不同，所以学生没办法提前准备。我们认为如果将题目放到高校，那么完全可以作为一门课程或者一个课程设计的完整题目，最后的评价完全客观。希望通过以赛促教、以赛促学的方式引领高校数智人才培养。
